		<description>I worry that this is a specific invitation for players like Shaw Cable and to a lesser extent Allstream to bid.  It&#039;d be tough to secure venture financing for such a bid, which means that the (probably north of) $500M over 5 years required to get going as a viable competitor would likely be debt financed.  There&#039;s a very short list of existing companies in the Canadian communications business who can put up enough assets in collateral to debt finance this sort of play.  And given what would be at stake for them, I doubt they&#039;d have the balls to &quot;break open&quot; the model.  I think that the best we could hope for would be a short-term flat-rate price war and perhaps a fourth amigo.</description>
