I only use flip phones because I tend to just chuck my phone in my purse where any sort of external screen will be scratched and unidentifiable within a week. The size makes it more like a cell phone and less like a freakin' EEEpc. Plus, I like that the flip style makes the fact that it is a blackberry somewhat less obvious because I'd like to minimize the chance of theft. Way more appealing to me than the stupid iphone. Im glad they're attempting to make reasonably sized BBs again. Since the pearl there's been the curve, the 8800 (aka the brick) and the bold which i think is bigger than the 8800 if not the same. During the summer i have to cary a purse just for my phone when i wear shorts and a T...know what i'm saying.
