I'm not a Conservative supporter at all, but I don't want to see this falling into a political slug fest.<br><br>That being said, I think the government should relax foreign ownership restrictions and tax unused spectrum that the companies own with the option to relinquish control back to the government to re-sell. Currently, the Big Three Own all of the 850 and 1900 band, but they're only using a fraction of it. These frequency bands are high-value because there are a lot of phones that only work on these bands.
