Recently I got Straight Talk. It's only $45 for their unlimited plan that includes calls, texts, and internet, anything you could use. The coverage is amazing because it is carried on the Verizon network.

About 7 years ago I launched Canada's first rate plan comparison at CellPhones.ca. It leaves a lot to be desired in its current state but the good news is that we've been working hard over the past several months with some good engineers to push out a very good calculator. fyi, There's a service called BillShrink in the US that is making a killing on price comparos of cellphone plans in the US. Its a fantastic service, and a great lead gen business as well.
