    Wow, you couldn't have shown wireless modems that are all of the same technology to make this a genuinely good point? The big modem is for the Rogers/Bell WiMax network (not really WiMax, but it's marketed that way) and is still used today while the two smaller modems are, in fact, aircards for cellular networks. One reason why the big box is big is that it has it's own power supply while the cellular cards are powered by the computer they're plugged into.
